Inmates First & Last Name
Inmate ID number
Facility Locator No. 243301
Instructions:

Internet Payments:
1. Go to www.touchpaydirect.com
2. Have available Visa/MasterCard (Credit or Debit) or
personal checking account information
3. Follow on-screen prompts
4. Completed transactions will receive a confirmation number
5. Provide an e-mail address to receive a receipt

Telephone Payments:
1. Call 1-866-232-1899 (toll free)
2. Have available Visa/MasterCard (Credit or Debit) or
personal checking account information
3. Follow voice prompts
4. Completed transactions will receive a confirmation number

Kiosk Payments:
1. Available on-site in MCCC Lobby
2. Accepts Cash or Visa/MasterCard (credit or debit)

Billing and checking account statements will show TOUCHPAY JAIL ACCT DEP as payee

Note-There is a convenience fee to use this system
Transactions are credited and available for inmate use on next business day
(Medical Co-Pay(s) will be subtracted from account at time of service. If the inmate has no money on their account at that time they will carry a negative balance until money is deposited)
(At time of release/transfer, any remaining money in the inmates' commissary account will be applied to "Pay-for-stay")
Calling Cards are purchased by the inmates from commissary ($12.78 each)
Inmates can order up to 6 cards per week
Calling Cards are NOT counted against the weekly spending limit
