The Multi County Correctional Center cannot release any information regarding court dates, and or court times. 

MCCC inmates may purchase a “Pre-Paid Calling Card” through commissary
(House phones and cell phones can be called using this card)
(Cost of “Pre-Paid Calling Card” – $12.78)
($.21 a minute for all calls)

Call and set up an account with “SECURUS” – 1-800-844-6591 (Correctional Billing Services)

Inmates are NOT permitted to use MCCC facility telephones – ONLY the provided “Inmate telephones”

The only property that can be released by an inmate are keys, credit and debit cards, EBT cards, or any other document; the property can only be released if the name on the property belongs to the individual picking it up. 

Cash/Corporate bonds for Marion Municipal Court must be paid at the MCCC facility. All Cash Bonds for Hardin County Municipal Court must be paid at the Kenton Police Department. All Marion Common Pleas Court Bonds must be posted at the Marion Common Pleas Court located in downtown Marion, Ohio. 

Marion Municipal Court Bonds can be paid online at multicountybondpayments.com, you will need the inmates identification number and their basic information. 

All INCOMING Inmate Mail must be mailed to the following address so it can be scanned and digitally uploaded into the SmartJailMail system.

Visitation Procedures

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: All in-person visitations will now be replaced with one free 30-minute video visitation per week. Scheduling will be available online Monday-Thursday, for visits being on Friday-Sunday. The free visits MUST BE scheduled before 2pm on Thursday, otherwise it will not be approved. Visitation opens at 9 AM and goes until 10 PM. All visitors (18+) must provide a VALID government ID. There are 2 kiosks in the lobby of our facility to help with those that need extra assistance. The reservations can be made on smartjailmail.com

Internet Payments:

3. Follow on-screen prompts
4. Completed transactions will receive a confirmation number
5. Provide an e-mail address to receive a receipt

Kiosk Payments:

Billing and checking account statements will show TOUCHPAY JAIL ACCT DEP as payee

Note-There is a convenience fee to use this system
Transactions are credited and available for inmate use on next business day
(Medical Co-Pay(s) will be subtracted from account at time of service. If the inmate has no money on their account at that time they will carry a negative balance until money is deposited)
(At time of release/transfer, any remaining money in the inmates’ commissary account will be applied to “Pay-for-stay“)
Calling Cards are purchased by the inmates from commissary ($12.78 each)
Inmates can order up to 6 cards per week
Calling Cards are NOT counted against the weekly spending limit

WHAT CAN I SEND TO A MCCC INMATE?

All INCOMING Inmate Mail must be mailed to the following address so it can be scanned and digitally uploaded into the SmartJailMail system.

MCCC will no longer accept ANY paper mail at the facility EXCEPT Legal Mail (From Courts, Government or Attorneys)
The inmate’s name AND ID number must be clearly Printed on the outside of the envelope or postcard to ensure the mail is posted to the correct account. Mail not containing the Inmate ID Number and Name will be “returned to sender”.

(NO writing in code or cipher, inappropriate drawings, no bodily fluids, etc.)

PHOTOGRAPHS
(NO Nudity, partial nudity, gang signs/suggestions, violence, crude sexual behavior, alcohol, etc.)
(ALL photographs are subject to approval)

Books

With the exception of law books, MCCC no longer accepts mail in books. Law books must be sent directly from the PUBLISHER or a RELIABLE RETAILER (such as barnesandnoble.com, amazon.com, thriftbooks.com, walmart.com, etc.) to the inmate here. ALL books must be paperback.

When ordering these items they must include the inmate’s name and be send directly to the facility (MCCC)

The content must not be profane, or contain nudity, partial nudity, pictures or dialog referencing drugs, violence or gangs.

Bibles are ony accepted from a MCCC Approved Clergy person and must be paperback and new
